As rising stars from grassroots football, they embody the power of nurturing talent at a young age. Beyond the pitch, they’ll also explore how technology can enhance scouting, training, and overall football management, sharing insights on how digital tools can revolutionize the game.

IDEAL Ladies FC (Ghana)

Founded in 2004 by former Black Queens player Dzormo Adzekwei (aka Aunty B), IDEAL Ladies FC focuses on training girls to become professional footballers, underpinned by mentorship and career guidance. Aunty B’s leadership emphasizes that success in football extends beyond physical training, incorporating life skills and self-confidence. As part of the event, they will dive into how technology can support player development, from advanced analytics to digital platforms for global visibility.

Teshie Constant Ladies Football Club (Ghana)

Teshie Constant Ladies FC, based in Accra, aims to empower young women through football, combining athleticism with mentorship. This dedicated all-girls club also integrates modern approaches to player development, including the use of technology to track progress and enhance communication skills. They are committed to teaching their players not just about the game but also how to succeed off the field—by using technology to network, communicate, and attract opportunities.

Ridge City Football Club Women (Ghana)

A professional women’s football club from Accra, Ridge City FC, women blends football excellence with a forward-thinking approach to mentorship and innovation. The team’s philosophy focuses on not only succeeding on the field but also using technology to amplify their presence, improve training techniques, and reach new audiences. Their participation in the event will highlight how football and technology intersect, from social media campaigns to strategic talent management platforms.

Thunder Queens F.C. (Ghana)

As a top team in the Ghana Women’s Premier League, Thunder Queens F.C. brings more than just their impressive football skills. They are strong advocates for mentorship and technology adoption in sports. Known for their fast-paced, strategic gameplay, they’ll be exploring how modern tools—such as video analysis and data-driven scouting—can elevate grassroots football. Their leadership will also emphasize how to mentor younger players, helping them to grow both personally and professionally through the game.

Adjowa Bayor’s Female Team (Ghana)

Led by the legendary Adjowa Bayor, African Women’s Player of the Year 2003 and current coordinator of Ghana’s female national teams, this team will bring exceptional talent and insight. Bayor’s mentorship will focus on empowering the next generation of female footballers while also exploring how technology can transform grassroots scouting and development. Male Teams

Through shared knowledge and teamwork, six male teams shall be involved in the event and will also gain insights into building sustainable careers in football while inspiring future generations, blending skill with a strong focus on mentorship and technology.

Silina Football Academy (Nigeria)

Hailing from Bayelsa State, Nigeria, the Silina Football Academy is a rising force in youth football, founded by the chairman of the Bayelsa State Football Association, Bar Poubeni Ogun. With a strong focus on nurturing talent from an early age, Silina Football Academy is dedicated to building well-rounded footballers who excel both on and off the pitch. Elite Pro Football Academy (Ghana)

With the mission to turn “Dreams Into Reality,” Elite Pro Football Academy is where passion meets purpose. Madina Manchester Soccer Academy (Ghana)

Founded in 2001, Madina Manchester Soccer Academy has been a key player in the GA East Colts League Competition in Ghana, developing young talent for over two decades. Known for their disciplined and strategic play, this team has helped nurture many football stars. As they take part in the event, Madina Manchester will demonstrate how grassroots clubs can benefit from mentorship programmes and use technology to scout talent, track player development, and communicate their vision to sponsors and fans alike.

Peter Ofori-Quaye Academy (Ghana)

Led by Peter Ofori-Quaye, the youngest goal scorer in the UEFA Champions League, this academy is a reflection of his commitment to shaping the future of Ghanaian football. The team will showcase their skills and share in mentorship activities aimed at helping players understand how technology—such as digital scouting networks and social media marketing—can elevate their careers. Best of proBOL League (Ghana)

The proBOL League in Ghana is known for its innovative approach to football, and the best of the proBOL League team will be bringing that innovation to the event. As the league enters its second season, this team represents the top players who have excelled in an environment that values creativity and strategic thinking. In addition to showcasing their football talent, the proBOL team will engage in discussions about how grassroots leagues can use mentorship and funding strategies, supported by technology, to create sustainable football ecosystems.
